2. Artwork Sales and Purchases
- Sales Model: We directly sell artworks from our inventory and also facilitate sales on behalf of artists through a consignment model.
- Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. Prices don’t include applicable taxes, shipping, handling, or insurance, which will be added to the purchase price where applicable.
- Payment: We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and cash. Full payment is required before an artwork can be released or shipped.
- Availability: All artworks are subject to availability. While we make every effort to update our inventory, an artwork displayed may have been sold. In such cases, we’ll notify you promptly and offer a refund or alternative.
- Authenticity: We guarantee the authenticity of all artworks sold through our gallery. A certificate of authenticity may be provided upon request for certain artworks.
- Ownership: Ownership of the artwork transfers to you upon full payment and successful delivery.
3. Online Sales and E-commerce

- Product Representation: We make every effort to display the colors and images of our artworks as accurately as possible on our website. However, we can’t guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping Costs: Shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be calculated based on the artwork’s size, weight, destination, and chosen shipping method.
- Insurance: All shipments will be insured for their full value.

- Return Policy: We offer a 7-day return policy for online purchases, beginning on the date of delivery. The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Refunds: If a return is accepted, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned artwork, less any applicable shipping or restocking fees.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom commissioned artworks, sale items, or artworks damaged after delivery (beyond what was reported within the 7-day damage notification period) are not eligible for return.
6. Exhibitions and Events
- Exhibitions and Events: Yes, we host exhibitions and special events. Visitors to our gallery premises must adhere to any specific rules or guidelines posted for these events, including but not limited to photography restrictions or limited access areas.
- Damage to Gallery Property: Any damage caused by visitors to gallery property or displayed artworks (not purchased) will be the responsibility of the individual causing the damage.
